This project involved designing a series of greeting cards for the Blue Connection Arts Gallery's Christmas celebration. Encouraged by my tutor, I chose to explore watercolor painting instead of relying on Photoshop. This decision proved to be rewarding, as I thoroughly enjoyed the unpredictable beauty of working with watercolors. In addition to mastering watercolor techniques, I also delved into the professional art of framing. I gained extensive practice in all the skills necessary for framing, completing two pieces entirely on my own. This included selecting frames, cleaning, cutting glass and mats, and the actual framing process.
